Cheese Dip

What else can be as heavenly as having a dip with the favorite pack of chips or bread sticks??? Well, it is fairly easy to make too.


400 ml of yogurt
4 tbsp Amul cheese spread
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp grounded Black Pepper
5-6 leaves each of Mint & Cilantro (coriander)


Put the yogurt in the strainer and remove the water from it. Let it remain for 15 minutes so that all the water from the yogurt is drained out

Add cheese, salt, sugar and grounded pepper to the hung yogurt and mix it well.
In a separate container, blend mint & cilantro well. Add this to the hung curd mixture and toss it evenly with the flat wooden spatula so that all is folded well.

There your favorite dip is ready to be relished with the pack of chips or nachos or bread sticks or with chappatti too.

Instead of mint & cilantro, you can use either red chilli and garlic or green chilli and coriander.
