Mango Ice Cream

Mouth watering dessert from king of fruits, perfect dessert for your exclusive guests.

200 mg Mango Pulp
200 ml Cream
4 Tbsp of confectioner's sugar


Mix all the ingredients in the mixer for 3-4 minutes or until all is blended well.
Pour it in the dish and keep it in the freezer to set.

You can add a wafer and cut mangoes to give it a sumptuous appeal. It makes around 8-10 scoops.

Worried of calories, you can add 100 ml of milk, 1/2 tsp custard powder and reduce the cream to 100 ml.
