Mother's Cake

Ingredients

4 Eggs
2 cup all purpose flour (maida)
1 tsp baking powder 
1 cup cooking oil
2 tbsp milk
1 1/2 cup castor sugar
Round baking tray of 10 inch diameter

Method

Beat the oil in pan so that it gets a bit fluffy. In a separate bowl whisk the gets for 4-5 mins.

Add sugar, oil, and milk to the eggs. Beat it at a medium speed till it is mixed well.

Sieve the flour. Divide it in 3 portions. Now add each portion and mix it well.

Sieve the baking powder so that the lumps are removed. Add the baking powder once the entire flour has been mixed with the batter.
Mix it for another 2 minutes, gently folding the baking powder.

Preheat the oven at 150 degrees for 10 min. Grease the baking tray with the oil and sprinkle flour on top.
Pour the batter in the tray. Bake it for 25-30 min. You can use the wooden stick or a tooth pick to check if it is well baked.
