Tomato Potato

This is an awesome dish and can be relished on regular days too.

4 medium size boiled potato
2 finely cut tomato
2 tbsp beaten yogurt
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
1 cup water

Keep the skillet on the medium flame. Add oil. Once the oil is hot, add cumin seeds. The seeds will sizzle and splutter, and then add tomatoes. Mix it well and keep it for 5 minutes.

Now add turmeric powder, salt and water. Once the water begins to boil, add the yogurt. Mix all well, to avoid any small lumps. Now add the potatoes and toss it well in the mixture to cover it well with the curry.

There the dish is ready to be savored with the kuttu ki roti (buck wheat crêpe) or sago tikki. (Sago cutlet).
