Soya Tikki

  • Soya Chunks: 250g
  • Potato – 1 (boiled)
  • Garlic Cloves: 6
  • Spinach: 6 leaves (boiled)
  • Green Chili – 1
  • Ginger - ½ inch
  • Cumin powder - ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder - ½ tsp
  • Chaat masala - ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste

Boil and drain the soya chunks and keep it for cooling. Once it is cooled, squeeze all the water and grind it in a mixer along with garlic, ginger, spinach and green chili. Mash the potato and mix the grinded soya. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, salt and mix well. Make small tikkis and sallow fry. Serve hot with green chutney / tomato sauce.
