Sooji Halwa


½ cup sooji (semolina)
1 tbsp of wheat flour
2 tbsp of ghee (clarified butter)
1 ½ cup water
A little less than ½ cup of sugar  
6-7 cut almonds
5-6 raisins


Heat clarified butter in a skillet. Add sooji & wheat flour & keep stirring till it changes color

In another pan, boil water & add sugar.

Once the sugar syrup is eady, add it too the sooji mixture.

Add almonds. Keep stirring till it thickens.

And there it is ready to eat
