Thai Red Curry

No more longing to have Thai curry, its so easy to make that you can make it almost each other day. This is a great Thai red curry recipe and very very easy to make.


100 ml Coconut Milk 
2 tbsp Thai Red Curry paste 
½ cup cut Vegetables (Carrots, Broccoli or anything else that you like)
3-4 Mushroom
1-2 de-seeded green chilly
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sugar


Steam the cut vegetables for not more than five minutes.

In a deep dish, add coconut milk, red thai curry paste, soy sauce, sugar and mix well. Now put this mixture on the medium flame. Add the steamed vegetables, cut mushroom and  green chillies.

Once it starts to boil, simmer the gas for ten minutes tossing it intermittently so that the vegetables are rolled well in the curry.

There it is ready to be relished with the plain boiled rice. You can also use Tofu instead of mushroom.
