Walnut Brownie

Walnut Brownie
This is an amazingly quick for the super relishing, all time favorite brownie...
 
Ingredients
 
120 ml Cooking oil
2 eggs
120 gm all purpose flour
120 gm castor sugar
150 gm dark chocolate
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
 
Method
 
1. Preheat the oven at 160-180 degrees.
2. Grease and dust the baking tray of 6 x 6 inches.
3. Heat oil in the pan and dissolve the chocolate bar in it so that it blends well
4. Beat the eggs and add chocolate mixture. Run the electric mixer for a minute so that all are folded well.
5. Now add sugar and the flour. Mix well.
6. Add cocoa powder, vanilla essence and chopped walnuts. You can mix it with the wooden spatula rather than using the electric mixer at this point
7. Pour the mixture in the greased tray and put it in the over at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 min.
8. Insert toothpick to see if it is done, else you can keep it for another 5-7 minutes.
 
Voila...the delicious brownies are ready to be served with the hot cup of coffee.
